Previously: Extras at Gostiny Dvor, the best Web Elections polling station, the star is voting, the disabled lady came all by herself.

The king of spades handed to our reporter at Gostiny Dvor in our previous episode is a receipt for 450 rubles. As of now, he hasn’t figured out where he can get the money.

But in the meanwhile, a guy came to the neighboring offices of Slon.ru and offered the video of his conversation with the inhabitants of a hundred buses at Bolotnaya square.

1)

‘Where are you from, guys?’

‘Simferopol [Crimea, Ukraine]!’

‘You came to vote?’

‘Yes!’

‘At which PS?’

‘38’.

‘How many times did you vote?’

‘Five’.

‘Hey, you can only vote once!’

‘Why do you vote here in Moscow?’

‘Why are you asking?’

‘Have you voted yet?’

‘Sure’.

‘How many times?’

‘Ten!’

‘Eighteen!’

‘At which polling stations?’

‘Good ones!’

‘Hey! It’s a trap!’

2)

‘Guys, where are you from?’

‘Tambov’.

‘How many times did you vote?’

‘Fucking many.’

‘Seriously, how many?’

‘Seriously fucking many.’

3)

‘Greetings, neighbors! Who did you vote for, guys?’

‘For P…!’

‘That’s right! How many times?’

‘Many!’

‘Waiting to be taken to polling stations?’

‘Yeah, we wait here.’

‘Do you vote for P… yourselves?’

‘What else? What about you, did you get your absentee certificates?’

‘Yeah.’

‘Why are you recording this?’

‘How many did you get?’

‘I’m filming it as a souvenir’.

‘Don’t say anything, dudes.’

‘Who’s handing them out?’

‘The Boss!’

Throughout all this time, the managing secretary of Bolshoi Gorod has been scrutinizing the web site WebVybory (Web Elections) studying the playlists at various polling stations. Here’s her report:

From 4 pm to 5 pm.

No. 631, the village Putino, Perm region: Viktor Saltykov, I’m Small, I’m Below Average.

No. 626, the village Zyukaika, Perm region: Irina Allegrova, Happy Birthday!

No. 2322, the town of Zhirnovsk, Volgograd oblast: when I switched to their feed, they were playing I Used To Be A Curly Macho, but then they switched to Ani LorakDon’t Share Your Love.

In the village of Mironovka there was no music, but the settlement Sinenkie (‘Little Blue’) listens to Viktor Korolyov’s The Daughter of the District Attorney.

Dmitry Peskov, Vladimir Putin’s press secretary:

“Why would we need fraud? We see such popular support, many people are industrious enough to vote for him 10 or 20 times.”

Varvara Babitskaya, observer / journalist (Openspace.ru):

“Somebody lays out the price list for the carousel participants’ labor: 2000 rubles for the driver, 1000 for the regular participant, and a lunch. ‘Is lunch any good?’ someone asks with genuine interest. At cafés at local polling stations, I heard, there’s fish soup and buckwheat with meatballs, but over here we are hungry. Also, the web cameras, the main tool of transparent elections: at certain polling stations, they say, the image from one camera is correct, but the ballot boxes are from a different station altogether.”

Press center of RosVybory published the first list of alleged infringements by Alexei Navalny:

“Right now the information call center of RosVybory has received 7318 calls. After processing, 4036 infringements of the electoral procedure have been registered; it became known that 155 observers were removed, and 7 voters were refused ballots.”

Coming next: the end of voting in Moscow.
